You said "Best Ways" as in plural -
a weekly team mail I find not only the easiest way
but also the most effective. That's to both PSAs & CSAs.
Then of course comes the part where you look through the
Filters at Genealogy - that takes some practice - and sort
out who is in need of help or some motivational and/or
inspirational words.
I still find the personal and occasional quick note
asking how they are doing a good way to break the ice.
If there is no response, it just means that they haven't
logged in at all or do not want to be bothered.
The ones to stay in touch with and keep a close eye on
are the movers. In between your weekly letter or team mail
let a few days pass before sending individual messages.
As far as I understand the concept, sending Team Mail also
sends out automatic e-mail to their regular addy.
Remember you also have your STREAM POSTS during the week.
