I would say the best way to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs is not always the internal message system initially of course you would want to use it for the first few contacts, however what most people are looking for when they connect is actual contact to know that the person writing them is real and not some bot, there is lot of skepticism about online businesses and scams where people are supposedly signed up and you should never exchange E-Mail addresses with them, against the rules of the platform etc. this scares people away because it gives a shady appearance and thus SFI actually encourages its members to reach out this goes only to show the professional stance of the company as well as a professionals stance of the leaders that you have if you are contacted with the E-Mail contact and or telephone number then you can pretty much be sure that the person contacting you is concerned about the business and worth keeping in contact with the others are either still skeptical or not going to be worth your effort in the long run because they will end up giving up.
How to go about it I stated above once you get to know them a bit send the E-Mail with your contact information use your leadership page and make contact at least every other day in my opinion so that they are not over flooded with information and E-Mails, you might also consider asking them how often they would like to hear from you as a sponsor yes it means a bit more work on your part to keep a list but I’d prefer keeping a list then letting others think I have forgotten them.
Something that we also might consider is trying to get them into the forums and interacting with them in a Q & A session about the area where they are I haven’t checked the forums yet if they already have groups for teams set up but I am sure we can contact the SFI leaders and get this approved if the incentive is shown that the leaders starting it are willing to follow through on it.
