There is no best way, it all depends on the PSA or CSA, but I would say Team Mail, is probably the first choice
When I get any new PSA's or CSA's, I try to contact them daily for the first 2 weeks or so, and thereafter, a weekly team mail.
If any affiliate writes to my personal e-mail, with queries, I send a more detailed reply than I would if it was team mail, and the ones who contact you, through your private e-mail, are in my experience the "workers".
You can send 1 team mail per week, and some will say is too much, others will say too little. I have adopted the attitude, that if you feel I am sending you too much e-mail, than you are not really interested in learning the business, as in any business you need to read, be it memos from your boss or supervisor, or read to keep up with all the new innovations around us
So to summarise, do what you feel is right, and is working for the majority of your PSA's and CSA's
