SFI provides a variety of methods for you to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs.
The best group method is to use the Genealogy page Email and Team Mail programs.
-Use the Group Email to send message to all or select groups of team member using
the Filter features provided. An outstanding communications tool.
-Use the TM tab for special direct or more personal message to individual members.
-Do not forget to use the Note tab to keep track of your messages, awards, etc.
Other methods include sending personal Emails, regarding SFI and TripleClicks only.
Especially, if your correspondence requires long explanations.
I offer my phone # to those who feel the need or require quick responses.
Most important is to maintain a consistent flow of contact to your team with, at least
weekly Email messages and letting them know you are available.
Recognizing their achievements.
Constant reminders of your willingness to be of assistance.
Regular updates and tips.
Sharing of what you know works and how to implement
various aspects of good marketing and business development.
Providing or finding answers to their questions as quickly as possible.
All a part of being a good Team Leader.
