There are several quality ECA's at TripleClicks who will give you guaranteed signups. Try a small sampling of each and see which one works best for you. Also,you have he full force of SFI's marketing budget in the S-Builder. It's slow, but I find a good portion of these to be "quality" sign-ups.
If you have a Community or Business college near you, take some fliers and X-Cards there. Make an appointment with the Dean and explain how SFI and TripleClicks works. If you can sell him/her, you might get some good referrals.
Sign up for a booth at a local job fair. Many executives are being downsized, and are used to being their own boss. This could be a perfect fit, especially for an older petson.Be sure to have a laptop or tablet on hand for instant signups!
You will still go through a lot of non-starters before you find that magic team, but these methods may help you get a better crop to cull.
