For mostly Leader a good rating from their downline is important thing because the good rating is determine their ability as a Leader .
For me myself, the rating should be should be given and come from heart irrespective of good or poor to improve the quality of my leadership. We can’t force all of our downline to give us a good rate as our expection until they want to. But we can sending them reminding message to take an action on “ For completing the SFI/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor ratings form” to get 10 VP.
