If you are giving unconditional support to your PSAs and you are poorly rated it is inevitable that it does not become a concern to you. One of the things you may need to look into is your communication with the individual; how well do you understand the business needs of the individual, is he/she getting the support that is really needed for them to see a brighter future. One other thing you may do to help you deal with the situation is to use your Affiliate Manager's checklist to document the performance quality of the PSAs which is for your own reference.
That way you will keep a better understanding about the intentions by the way the individual carries out his/her business, you will better understand what they are expecting from you in your support. You should not be alarmed if any of your PSAs should outperform you given to the fact that people's ability differs. Do not take any of these issues personal, continue to give your support the best you know how when necessary and always acknowledge the performance and consistency of your team in general.
