For me, I have found out from experience that recruits which I got from one-on-one advertising turned out to be much more quality sign-ups than those received from ECAs or general advertisements. This is not to say that we should not try to be awesome sponsors but we most often get quality from those we recruited on a 0ne-on-one basis as they are better workers since we tutor them both physically and personally. So if we want more quality sign-ups it think we should be able to try tutoring our affilates personally especially during the first 3 months.
