I do not understand if you are offering unconditional support how the Psas will rate you poorly.However, if that is the situation then you need to revisit your support to them and see what is missing,as this can be an indication that there is something you are not doing well.Keep supporting and work on how to become an awesome sponsor your efforts will be awarded eventually.
