Your best action would be to check all you have done to help your PSAs. If you are confident that you have truly given them the best leadership you can, do not concern yourself with their opinion overmuch. I would suggest you ask them in a friendly tone (using email or some such that will remain private for them) what you could do to be more helpful to them. It is possible you might have missed something that would have helped them better. If they have no good answer or suggestion for you, continue to do as much for them as you did in the past, and do not worry about their opinion. You cannot please everyone all the time, you know. And mayhaps, in the future, when they understand SFI better, they will rate you 5 stars!
Be sure you have done your best, continue trying to help them do their best, and above all, continue to do your best for yourself.
