Interesting question, and how you interpret it depends on your answer.
"How do you deal with PSAs who rate you poorly?" - so does this mean you have more than one PSA who has done so?
If so, the answer lies with you. What did you do? Or more relevantly what did you NOT do? What has been lacking in your leadership and support that has caused a PSA, or several, to rate you badly?
How do you feel about how I have asked this? Does it make you upset? Do you feel defensive? If this was a forum thread would you be posting a reply to me to argue my points?
If so, then the answer lies with you.
You cannot change SFI and you cannot change the affiliates. So what you can change is YOU, what you are doing, how you are "supporting" them, or offering it, or how you are offering.
What do you get from your sponsor or, maybe more importantly, what do you want to get? What makes the perfect sponsor? Having decided what that is, what steps can you take to make YOU the perfect sponsor? Because that is the sponsor that affiliates will rate well.
What you do about it is up to you.
