This is a reasonable question, and how these things can happened when you are a reliable leader in conducting the work of SFI. Votes conferred by PSAs or CSAs is probably right too because they may not know who you are actually in the business of SFI and might be also be caused by several major factors that can cause them to vote for you to vote unreasonable.
So to tackle this problem, we as leaders should not give up hope when they make the appearance of such a ballot and instead we will strive to continue to move forward. As we move forward with the best results, I would believe they would hold long that they have a leader who is confident caliber or motivation to be successful in SFI business.
Since a few weeks ago i have 1 active CSA and although he is not a PSA, we must treat red head their favorite appear even once that they were impressed with what you do to them until succeed in life as you are experiencing now.
Do you know, anyone who voted for it is their right to vote and their right also to comment on ourselves? When they think we are not as good for them, so they will start to make a comment that is unpredictable and that is probably a good idea too because this is the time for you to improve yourself as a leader or to keep in touch with them regularly until they know you are a great leader and i am sure they will vote for you for good reason next month or may be for years to come.
I think this is simple,
1. Deal with them and let them know who you are.
2. Keep in touch with them by send team mail, Facebook, twitter or what so ever until they keep in touch with you too.
3. Introduce yourself from the beginning until they know you better or know each other
4. Be Creative, Positive toward Attitude, Realistic and make them believe to yourself.
5. Be present such as give them something to make them remember of you...gift certificate, TCredit, send them your best tips and many more
6. Invest more time and never give up.
