This is my opinion, based on my experience!
What is quantity? You can have a sponsor who give you 500 PSAs. Or you cqn win at auctions 3 Packs of 100 PSAs, or maybe you can buy PSAs from some ECAs. It's very difficult to find some active PSAs. Always, exist a possibility, but in most of cases... All your PSAs would be inactive. And this is not something bad. It's normal. We bring members through some advertising sites, and maybe they enter thinking that this would be a quick rich scheme, and when they see that is not like that...t hey stay inactive!
Well, and what means quality? Where can you find Quality? Well, we always say... Find 5 PSAs who make EA every month, and those 5 must find other 5 ¿.. Etc.
Well if you are talking with people, and if you bring as new PSAs, people who you talked about SFI, believe me, those would be much more active, and you really will see quality on there!
Now, you must be a good sponsor, and know how to talk them about SFI and Tripleclicks!
Also, the GiftCards can be a good Solution to bring quality PSAs on your team. Give Gift cards to those who you talked about SFI!
Maybe you will give me a YES or a no, but believe me, your personal refferers PSAs (friends, family, etc) will be much more active that others you receive.
