This is one of the questions I have been looking forward to answering. Before I go on to answer this question, I would like to state some of the reasons why some PSAs still rate you poorly -
1. Some of them may expect you to do everything for them and when you do not, even though you offer unconditional support to them, they will still feel that you are not really trying for them.
2. Some of them may want you to push them up to the next level in SFI within some months after they joined so that they will start earning much money with you doing 90% of the work; and when they did not get it, they will still feel that you are not trying for them and still rate you poorly.
Well, to deal with this kind of PSAs, you need to do the following –
1. Use tack and approach them mildly: Ask them questions in order to draw up and know what they have in mind and ask them what other things they will like you to do for them. This will help you to know what to do and how to explain matters to them. Remember that some people may understand things differently when you explain it for them in an understanding manner.
2. Stop giving them the full unconditional support you give them and see if they will complain and ask you for the support. This will make them to know that you have been of a great help all this while and that they really need you. You know that it is when there is a power failure that you will know that the electricity people / power holders are working.
