First of all, stop offering unconditional support. Simply let them know you are there to help them as much as you can. Let them know that you are growing in this business with them, and if you don't have the answers you will try and find them. It let's them know that they can't expect perfection from you, and that you will do your best to help them as they need your help.
Be careful about making promises because people will certainly hold you to it. It's okay to be flawed, but not too much. Be sincere and professional yet allowing your downline to realize you are learning as well. They will be more merciful toward you knowing you are learning also and yet will be there to walk with them through this journey.
