Well, you cant do very much, if he or she for some reason decide to rate you poorly u maybe need to ask yourself am i doing something wrong??

then try to comunicate again and try to find out why he or she rate you poorly.
if then again there is no answer or answer is something that you know that is not true, then simply reassign that person to another affiliate in your team.. give him a new sponsor.

and then if that continues to happen with another sponsor, you need to report that person to SFI support.. you and other sponsor, both need to report her or him, and then SFI will deal with it..
