There is only one way to be sure: Get yourself SFI recruits that you recruited yourself! This starts with friends and family ,stretches trough co-workers/classmates ,acquaintances and people that you meet on weekly basis: mailman/cashier/cable guy/waiter/taxi driver and lastly :random people that you meet on your way to work,store,party,bus and so on.This is the best way as they can see you and you can build trust a lot easier then over internet.Sure ,Internet can work great too but as we all know Internet is more of a "quantity over quality".If you ask me, the problem recruiting over internet is mistrust and fear of being scammed.That is why many people just log in to check out the program and leave.They don't have a clue about how this works and sending weekly mails is your last hope.Thus I believe if people know you,see you, hear you ,will trust you a lot more and give it a try.Serious try, not just checking out the program.
You can also try to put "special" ads online.By special I mean: warming,creative,interesting,eye-catching ad that will resonate in the readers mind for hours!!
