Perseverance is the most valuable thing I learned in my first year at SFI. And self-improvement and personal growth as well. The first 6 months were mostly spent reading,learning and finding my way around SFI and the internet.
Not being intellectually gifted in the use of internet, except using the Microsoft Word for Windows, SFI has opened a new world to explore. The next six months were used for applying what I have learned, mostly trial and error, when I became EA for the first time. Then on my fourth month of being EA, I advanced to BTL.
If not for persevering and persisting I wouldn't have been able to become BTL on my first year.
