Your question itself has got the answer. Your PSAs are not happy with your unconditional
support.You as a leader take their poor rating positively and ask them the reason for the poor rating.Definitely, you will gain their a rapport with them and better understanding.
So, communicate with your PSAs with a positive attitude !
