Good Question...but when you did good work and someone is rating you poorly you just try to understand why he rated you so badly,when you have the answer from him try to change the topic he didn't like...but if you change and still doing the same let it go because is Sabotage you good work and someone who real like you job will rate you five stars because you deserve...don't let this kind of people interfering in your job.
