First of all, it bothers me when people speak of other people as good or bad quality. We are all born the same, and have all the same chance of becoming someone great.
If we treat our signups as if they will be the very best and encourage and motivate them, there will still be some who just don't get it. And it doesn't matter where they come from or what they do or have done in their lives. Everyone is potentially a good prospect. But even if you spend a lot of money for signups or pay a lot for advertising, you're still going to get quite a few who will never do anything but signup.
So we have to take the bad with the good. Just keep sending out the encouraging and motivating e-mails, and the ones who never do anything will eventually be taken out because they will eventually clog up the system. Others will be paying attention and will respond. Just give it some time.
