And if you have the patience, and understanding don't STOP to send them your weekly mailer, with your encouragement to make them SUCCEED, and by doing so, they might change their mind for the second time to rate you almost perfect or EXCELLENT.
Let them realize that you are doing your unconditional support for their own GOOD and SUCCESS.
