It could be highly possible that these PSAs are not very successful in applying what they should have learned from the SFI training materials while they are studying them, despite your unconditional support. And they may feel that you are to blame.
What they need to realize is that supposedly only 3% out of 97% of the 7 billion people on earth succeed in whatever they set their minds to. It is very often the deliberate and conscious steps those in the 3% bracket take that ensure success.
Therefore your PSAs cannot continue to tie success of their SFI business directly to you. They need to decide whether they are "opportunity creators" or "opportunity consumers".
If you believe that you are dotting every i and crossing every t where Sponsor support is concerned, then it is understandable that you are concerned, because their rating is directly responsible for you attaining a certain rank or level.
