Firstly we need to extrapolate slightlyon your question and offer you say that you offer UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT.
in My langusge this means that you will help however you are able wherever you are able to and it means definitely that there are no conditions applied.
So Help cannot be offered with a reply to a request like "DO this or do that" and "I am sorry I cannot help you if you don't do this or do that"
That is not unconditional !
So once we all agree that unconditional support means that you impose no conditions on your PSA to receive your support we can agree that there is always a solution to any problem depending on how much support you are really able to give.
This being said, if your PSA still rates you badly there is not much you can do about it besides asking them how you can help them further. Human nature being what it is, it could just be that your PSA is a difficult person, Has little understanding of the rating system, Has a language problem, Considers the help and support that you gave them is not worth a higher rating, etc
Until people have to deal with the same thing themselves with their own PSA's they often have no understanding of how hard it is to help or offer support to someone else.
My advice is just to continue helping and offering your support as you would normaly do, or ask that PSA if they would like you to transfer them to another sponsor. Unfortunately this is not always the best option for you if that PSA is one that performs well in your team.
