Your PSAs are definitely the heart and soul of your SFI business. I understand that there might be some PSAs that might not feel completely all that you are doing to help them even though you truly are doing everything you can. The best thing to do in order to deal with this, is to just keep offering them the support and help that you can provide them and continue to stay in contact with them and listen to their requests that they have for you.
Eventually, the rating they gave you before, they'll wish they haven't done that and they will start to change their ways towards you. There's the old traditional saying about keep being kind to people and feeding them when they're in need of be fed something. Even be kind to those who mistreat you, because eventually they will be the ones to have the "coals of shame" above their heads and will want to change their ways.
Not everyone will treat you poorly because everybody isn't the same. Continue to lead your team as is and you will see success without a doubt.
