My experience in this area involved a PSA whom I had reassigned more than 60 to because of his efforts in building his team. Did get complements on my efforts and rewards which later turned into the opposite actions of threats, lack of proper actions on my part, and a request to be transferred to another Sponsor and taking the reassigns to the new Sponsor.
This individual was from another country and we had a communication and maybe cultural misunderstandings. I suggested he review the SFI Agreement which clarified how reassigns would be handled, and pointed out that he had to opt out and after 6 months he would be able to specify a Sponsor whom he wanted. The reassigns I made would revert back to me.
I reassigned him to another individual from his country of residence, hoping they would be able to work together and therefore resolve differences of opinion.
The benefit of this issue taught me to more carefully analyze issues as to whom I should make reassignments to, in that English is my native language and the necessity of selecting individuals who understand English, and would be better candidates to consider as strong first line leaders.
Two way communication is essential with our SFI business. Rather than having to deal with problem solving via excessive demands, it is better to either ignore or reassign Affiliates to other Affiliates within their own country.
I do, however ask my PSAs and CSAs to rate me on a monthly basis, and offer comments on what I am doing right or wrong so I can learn how to improve, be able to resolve issues, etc..
