hey Ronald, we should be consistent. As your psa's don't find you helpful, they will definately rate you poor. some psa's even don't sign in regularly and in starting of month they only collect versapoint. they don't rate you, so you don't have to feel guilty, still send them mails each week. the psa's who found you helpful will rate you great. regularly send them details about the upcoming programmes and services from SFI.
