1. You are not providing the support in the way as PSA wants from you. Many times we are posting long mails and other materials, which confused a new comer. And he really do not know what he needs to do. Just a communication can solve this problem. Just mail him a simple line "What can I do for you ?"
2. That PSA is trying to demotivate you due to jealousy or any personal reason. In this case, just smile and pray for him.
3. PSA expectation is much more than you are currently providing him. Here again communication will work. Let him know about the limitations. And try to take him in your confidence.
Overall, if the PSA is giving you rating. this shows that he/she is an active affiliate. So I must say, respect him. Because this is the downline which gives us real earning. Don't care whether he is jealous or very demanding. Because the 10 versapoints which he has earned by rating you, will be eventually added to your score by versa point matching concept in SFI.
So always appreciate your affiliate and pray for them.
