It is always Quality that matters than mere Quantity. Our greatest asset would be the Quality of our Team but not the Quantity what you have in our Team.
We can see to it that the quality is being maintained by enrolling near and dear acquaintances in our Team, this can ensure that we have a Team of performers but not a Team of mere numbers. So I always trust and go for signing up of my neighborhood people and friends with whom I have a great rapport with. After all, even a few numbers of people make a great difference and become successful rather than creating a large pool of affiliates who are not even bothered to respond to our mails, calls or to any other communication medium.
Hence, I would suggest, when it comes to some things you have to look at the quality, and not the quantity. It is the quality of our work which will please everybody and not the quantity.
