PSAs are an essential ingredient in our Team and as their Leader; it is our duty to provide all the guidance and assistance towards their growth. As our SFI says, our down line’s growth is our own growth and without their selfless contribution, no leader can be born or survive.
In some cases, our PSAs needs some materialistic support too rather than just moral support, in that scenario, it is for a leader to decide and do the best towards his/her PSA’s further growth in the system.
Normally, some of the PSAs will do everything on their own towards their growth after obtaining some basic information from their sponsor and collecting more knowledge from the system on their own. In that case, they become independent on a faster pace and they will never depend on their sponsor to get all the support to enhance their growth. Those PSAs will certainly think twice and wisely too before they give the monthly rating for their respective sponsors. They will scale their sponsor’s depth of knowledge and the reach to their down line before they cast their Rating carefully.
To avoid a poor rating from the PSAs, I would suggest, being in touch with your down line always without irritating them with so many irrelevant messages but with only valid information and also with some motivating lines. If you can send at least one support message to your down line weekly, then they will consider their sponsor as their own and give all the unconditional support the sponsor wishes to seek. One sponsor should always encourage and compliment their PSAs and also their achievements which can give enough momentum for them to perform even better to make your Team a successful one .
Let me conclude, finally, a sponsor who is the beneficiary of all the good work of his/her Team and also should be responsible to bear the brunt for his/her non-performance.
