Very good question, because I was just feeling that away about some of my PSA's..some had stayed away for weeks after they had signed up and logged in. then of course I would still send out support messages to them just the same and then one day some of them came back and got right on top of it and starting earning their vps and getting badges,and I made a comment to one of the PSA and asked him what happened to you..I thought you had given up and he said to me no I haven't given up..I just needed time to learn the material and how SFI works, so just when you think your getting nowhere..the best may be waiting around the corner and just tell them to stay encouraged and be patient.
I hope my account of what actually happened to me when I felt like I was getting no where helps someone :)
