There are various motivational aspects to drive affiliates who feel dejected with SFI and some of the important ones I have highlighted here (from experience)
o Personal examples are a prime mover in such a situation
o The mindset needs to change with constant interaction with your affiliates
o Being able to convince the affiliate that there is progress in SFI if you want it
o The feeling that you are there to support your affiliate is very essential
o Most of the times the income factor brings up this discouragement so you need to explain the business model with clarity and making sure that the affiliate understands how the business works.
It would help to discuss at length what brings about this feeling in the first place and then handle the situation accordingly!
