Although this is not yet a year for me in SFI, it is the start to that year and this is an invaluable lesson I have learnt in the first few weeks of joining SFI. In retrospect, I believe that was the best decision I made-to recruit 2 PSAs with whom I had a close relationship and then nurtured that to leadership level.
I usually achieve my goals and objectives singly but I learnt how to work in a team and the importance of giving support to that team and most importantly, leading it.
