The most valuable thing I see people learning in their first year at SFI is that there is a leader within them just waiting to get out.
SFI teaches you and then teaches you to teach your downline for duplication. It provides streams of soft motivation and teaches you to share that motivation with your team. They teach us to support one another, and be ready to answer questions, and to never expect people to do what we say but always expect them to emulate what we do.
SFI trains us in a undying work ethic and how to do a responsible and ethical business through tried and true systems. They teach us to set goals, and measure success, and how to communicate that success to our referrals so they to can follow our path. Never once does SFI remove your responsibility to yourself, your business, or your team.
You can come in in any form but if you study the lessons and apply the teachings you will become a leader.
