Well that all depends on your definition of a quality sign up. For me, there are 3 factors that need to be addressed before I consider sponsoring a team member.
1. Are they coachable?
2. Are they serious?
3. Are they willing to invest in themselves?
If you can answer yes to these, then you can teach these new members exactly what you are doing to maintain your current status (membership badge), thus duplicating yourself. Having a checklist of what you are looking for makes it easier to sift through the "foot draggers" so that you can find the gems; the people who really need your help and are willing to do what is necessary to change their lives.
Remember, you are the giver of opportunity! Only give it to those who want and will not waste it.
