Few people may not be lucky enough to get those from his/her sponsor but that should not stop him/her to get going. There are so many tools, trainings, Forum, Ask SC, your A2A friends where you can clarify your doubts and get help. So never be disheartened and feel alone if your sponsor is non-responsive. Remember, you are working for your business not for your sponsor. So you should explore other sources (there are plenty in SFI) if your sponsor is non-responsive.
