Do Not Follow Their Example!
The accountability of your business rests soley on your efforts.
Do Not mourn the lack of leadership of One Person assigned to you, that is disappointing - It holds you back!
They don't make your income....Your Downline does....That is your customer!...That is your Focus!
Find Leaders that you respect:
-Look at the Leaderboards
-Read the profiles of Leaders
-Observe their recommendations
-Be active in A2A relationships so you read their stream posts.
-Read the Forum posts, search for specific information as needed...and post questions as needed.
-Go To the SFI Site Index --- Recognize the Massive FREE Information just waiting for you to absorb!
-Follow up on the Most Votes authors in Ask SC - who are they....
-Look at your Upline/Co-Sponsor etc. - Read their Leadership pages, blog, contests, recommendations, etc.
-Ask questions / Read / Lead / Use the inhouse mailing platform.
-Look at youtube for leadership examples, google websites, view blogs, etc. Quality Examples are Everywhere!
-Use support at SFI - they are vested employees who's job is to offer Support. - They're not just other sales people!!! (huge benefit of being w/an established company.)
-Recognize the generosity of Leadership in SFI's founder Gery Carson. --- There's Your Example To Follow! --- You want to be Rich? Build an empire of customers selling & duplicating For You!
SFI is intuitive & experienced.
They've even assigned you a secondary example in a Co-Sponsor.
They may or may not be a resource.
If your co-sponsor also does not offer assistance - then they are not the leadership example you need either...
Your True Focus needs to be on Your Own Leadership Skills!
You need to respect that anyone in your downline is your customer.
You need to take the initiative to self-educate so You are a Respected Leader.
You need to offer contests, share TCredits, have a co-op, send TeamMail, Post to the Stream, Keep your leadership page Fresh, make recommendations, share Your Wins, & communicate in a timely manner.
The Only Accountability that You Can Control is Your Own!
Be the Leader That You Respect!
Focus on Your Customers!
And appreciate the concept of a
TEAM: Together Each Accomplishes More
