On their ECA page, there is a place that says "Submit Suggestions" ask them for items you wish for them to carry.
Find out what country they are in, and send them new ECA's in their country to connect with. Often, if there are a few ECA's in their country that are active, and they are connected to them, this will inspire them to become more active, too.
Offer them information on how to become a LocalPay Store, they will have something to look forward to getting once they earn enough money to become licensed.
Also, offer them challenges, or hold contests for encouragement. Offer them ideas, such as loyalty shopping programs, offer to send out sales flyers, post free online ads, etc, once they were to post items for sale.
Sometimes, the approval process, especially during the holidays, makes it appear they are not being active, and they really are...it takes time to actually see items that the ECA Store is trying to post. Maybe, just communicting will help so their intentions could be known.
Make sure you ask their goals, and inform them you want to help them to achieve these, together.
Our goals are mostly to encourage, ongoing, even through their first post, to their first sale, and to celebrate their accomplishments, together.
Sometimes, even a simple congratulations, and other encouraging words are all that are needed. Maybe, support, since they are new, they may just need advise.
Just communicate with them, so they know you are available if they need you at some point.
