Do the same thing you do when your downlines are unresponsive (In fact we have more incidences of that around here), let them be because they are the ones who should be sending you weekly letters not the other way around! Besides you have other uplines, try contacting them, someone is bound to respond.
I for one have an awesome sponsor, he has been very consistent in responding to any question I ask. Even when he does not have the answers he directs me as to where I can find some. But my co-sponsor was simply mute and so when it came time for rating, I simply rated him low and put down a comment. THAT woke him up. Though I hardly ask him anything, but at least I am getting my weekly "notes"-even if it is just a draft he re-sends every week.
Bottom line? Help yourself, it is the best way to go. Consult your other uplines. In my opinion, you are an awesome affiliate to be bothered by this. Many of us are looking forward to having your kind as downlines.
