If your sponsor is non-responsive then it looks like you have to be the boss. Just like anywhere else in life someone has to take charge for things to work and who better than yourself to do it. Sometimes there are persons who are very good at some things (such as recruitment, passing out fliers, funding the program, etc.) and terrible at other things (such as communication with their down-line members). I say, that's OK, if you don't want to do it, then I will. One area that I am particularly bad in is talking on the phone so I don't do it, but I will use emails, blogs, and other forms of communication. Does that make me a bad person? I hope not, but I can only do what I am comfortable with and then it's time to ask your own team members for help. Remember, at SFI and TripleClicks, you are never alone. There will always be someone who is willing to help you out.
