Nothing really, just keep on checking if they are becoming active. otherwise they are just going to be a waste of your valuable time. I would also like to appeal to sponsor to please not reassign inactive CSAs and PSAs, it is a selfish act that serves only to earn VPs for the Sponsor only, and does not assist the Assignee in any way.
