How can you build your SFI business on a tight budget?

On a tight budget, it's going to very difficult. To earn VPs you need to purchase something from the triple clicks. To earn from your PSAs you need to find them first, that means you either buy them, buy advertising materials from triple clicks, all these cost money.
So tight budget is not going to take you a long way. That's my assessment.
What should I do when I receive inactive CSAs?

Nothing really, just keep on checking if they are becoming active. otherwise they are just going to be a waste of your valuable time. I would also like to appeal to sponsor to please not reassign inactive CSAs and PSAs, it is a selfish act that serves only to earn VPs for the Sponsor only, and does not assist the Assignee in any way.
