(1) Contact the help desk before you even contact your sponsor, remember your sponsor may be experiencing some technical problems etc or he/she may be still trying to figure out how this program work and not coming back to you because he/she can't help you.
(2) Keep on trying to contact him but that should be after you contacted your help desk just to find out if he/she still there for you as your sponsor.
