Firstly are these ECAs you have sponsored or ECAs you have connected to?
Have you been promoting the ECAs page?
Have you got your affiliates to connect and promote the page?
If you have done these actions, you can tell the ECA owner, who you should know in person, at least by email, that you and your team are standing ready to sell his products. Where are they? Come on, get them listed!
Perhaps there is a reason why they have not listed and they need help, so if you are their referrer, now you have offered encouragement, offer whatever help they may need.
Once you have successfully done this with one ECA you will be able to DUPLICATE your results with other ECAs. And to show your affiliates how to do the same with ECAs they recruit.
