To be able to recruit the ECAs in the first place is a great milestone you have covered. All you need to do is to contact the ECAs through personal emails to find out whether they are facing some challenges in listing their products and ask them whether they need your assistance in how they can list their products.
Some might not easily reply their mails so I will also advise you to go see some of them personally. Have a one on one chat with the ECAs and find out from them whether they are confused about the ECA program. Let them know that you are always there to guide them every step of the way.
There is no greater encouragement than showing the ECAs you referred that as their referrer, you will always be there for them to guide and support them anytime, anyday.
