First of all, we need to ensure that we all understand what it takes to become a team leader. For us to qualify as a team leader, we must have at least 3000 versa points (1500/2000 sales point and 1500/1000 action points) to become a bronze team leader, silver team leader is 4000 versa points (2000 sales point and 2000 action points), Gold team leader is 5000 versa points (2000 sales and 3000 action points) and Platinum team leader 6000 versa point (2000 sales and 4000 action points).

For us to become a Team Leader we must do our daily tasks. For our daily tasks is 31 x11 = 341 (note for a 31 month, 30th month is 30 x 11 = 330 and a 28th day cycle is 28 x 11 = 308. Weekly tasks, stream post is 12 in a month, Looking at the t-connect page, 20 in a month and sending team mails 120 (12 + 20 + 120 = 152) and monthly tasks (send sponsor’s rating 10, setting up of monthly goals, 5, and setting up a standing order on triple clicks of 1500 and above 100. (100 + 10 + 5 = 115) adding it up (341 + 152 + 115 = 608). This figure is Action points. For us to get the balance, we should recruit Psa’s , sponsor and encourage them to be EA monthly. Them being EA gives you 100 versa points each. For example, you have at least 5 PSA that makes EA monthly, you get 500 versa points. Adding it to 608 (500 + 608 = 1108). Making sales up to 2000 will automatically make you a bronze team leader. Some get the balance action points for bidding on items. Each bid is 1vp. Some via the recruitment of ECA’s (100 versa points for each ECA that has listed their product on triple clicks.)

Also, as a team leader, you would be entitled to a share of the Triple-clicks Executive Pool (Bronze Team Leader) and also earn from your down liners (both PSA and CSA).

The key being a Team leader is the ability of one to build a formidable team of active Personal Sponsored Affiliates (PSA), teach them to duplicate what you are doing and watch as one’s business grows.
