Well of course besides fulfilling and meeting all the requirements n criteria accorded for Team Leadership one has to obviously set a good example and be a positive role model and be able to not only offer support, encouragement and motivation to gear up and propel your team mates to do equally well if not better then you thru the various channels available and to maximise all the available resources that SFI has to offer .
Focus on the power of Duplication and mentoring and keep sponsoring and focus on those who are hungry and wanna succeed and not forgetting those who may be currently inactive or not so active just keep everyone on an open mind basis and try your level best to maintain rapport with everyone for all you know you may have awakened some sleeping Giants
DO what it takes including maintaining and updating your leadership page, blogs and offer some incentives to spur your team to be champions
