My goal since I started was being team leader. I have achieved that goal every month since I started!
What I feel is expected of me is..
1. Be an example! If they see you do it then they will see it is not impossible and you can convince them with confidence that it works!
2. Be attentive to your downline. A leader is a servant and caregiver. Try to find out what their concerns are and let them know you are there to help.
3. Learn and do something new each day at SFI. Who knows, that one thing you did may help someone else.
Being a team leader proves to everyone that you are serious about your business and you will reach your highest standards as best you can.
