A team leader is nothing you don't have a good team. So before you becom a Team Leader youshould learn how to build and maintain a strong team (downline). This means that you have to read a lot not only in SFI, but Internet Marketing, MLM Marketing or Network Marketing but Personal Development. To build your knowledge base, you must start applying your acquired information. With experience in knowing which methods and strategies are most effective for you, you are ready to teach your Team.
Teach your team members to act in the same manner as you did & lead by example. Provide them every possible kind of help, motivate them with timely rewards & keep on adding more members to your team. This is the art of duplication!
Use the best resources you find to further help your downline by sharing them with your Team - always learning themselves on their own, using the Best Sponsor In SFI, which is the SFI Forum.
This can be done only when your are in regular contact with your down line. If you are in regular contact with your down line it means you are guiding them in the correct direction. Work with your team, guide them by doing this your leadership qualities will come out and shape you.
I think the answer is obvious. There is no other requirement. A team leader must also have a team. And one can obtain a team by qualifying. When he makes 1500 VP he obtains two new CSA 's in his team. He is team leader. More requirements are necessary for a team leader to be productive, profitable.
