I send them a team mail saying SFI assigned me as their co-sponsor, that I am here to answer their questions if any, to give them support when they feel lacking confidence.
One never knows when inactivitiy can turn to activity and when it does, they will know they have someone to turn to ask for help and explanations. Once they signed up, they obviously had the reasons for doing so. Sometimes pure curiosity, sometimes wishing to make money, sometimes uncertainty, whatever their reason is, the fact is they signed up.
If my team mail makes their curiosity rise again and they start working, all my efforts will bring the results. Until then, being persistent as I am, I'll keep sending them team mails.
